Revaltec, leader in nickel treatment
REVALTEC, a company that was created in 1992 in Sens (French department 89) by Pascal GILLE and Pierre-Luc BEUL, specialises in the development of exclusive technical processes for treating metal.
The REVASILTM process involves a deposit formed by a nickel matrix with fine particles of ceramics, or silicon carbide to be more specific, distributed throughout.
This process which is called Nickel, Niquasil or Scaninet in the literature about it, is applied when renovating racing engines. It results in excellent resistance to wear and abrasion.
The REVALLOYTM process, a chemical nickel derived from the original Kanigen process as well as other chemical nickel formulas, is a process that creates excellent resistance to corrosion as well as good wear resistance qualities, and is an alternative to hard chrome-plating.
Chemical nickel or REVALLOYTM can also be used for certain decorative applications.
In addition to mechanical processes such as reboring, honing, reinstalling rods and shot peening, we also supply pistons, con rods, bearings, seal sets, etc.
